Am I Hungry?® Workshop Format
Each workshop in the comprehensive 8-week Am I Hungry?® series covers three critical areas for long term weight management without chronic dieting:
Think - This is all about why and how you make certain decisions. When you change the way you think, you change the way you feel; that changes the way you act which leads to changes in your results. We'll focus on behavioral strategies, the mind-body connection, managing stress, self-talk, and intuitive eating strategies.
Live - This section is about your activity. After all, the primary reasons you need to eat is to fuel living. We'll talk about how to increase your metabolism, how to increase your physical activity level and exercise, improve your health and live a fulfilling life.
Eat - This section focuses on your food choices. You probably already know a lot about nutrition if you've done any dieting, but we'll clear up the confusion without giving you a bunch of rigid rules to follow. You'll learn to balance eating for health with eating for pleasure so you can eat the foods you love and enjoy the foods you need.
